Bringing the kitchen to your dining room, through a live stream of discussions and demonstrations across the distance. Chefs from Thailand and abroad showed and shared their lockdown experiences, folk duo VENN created an intimate singalong live from Khaoyai, and DJ Chamapoo’s fruity selections kept the tone right.

Nine chefs, six cities, ten Michelin stars. The assembled cast of culinary creators from here and far collaborate across the distance to share ideas, create dishes, and share the online dining experience with you.

The meal

A nine-course spread of fine bites from some of Asia’s greatest and most creative chefs, to celebrate the season’s givings from the vine, bush, and tree. Each given a Thai fruit to build their course around, nine celebrated and rising chefs have created a delivery menu of fruity, flavorful flair.

The delivery

Traditional Thai pinto carriers, glass jars, and no plastic in sight—our dispatch kitchen, Gaa, kept the single-use packaging to a minimum and built a delivery parcel of thoughtful, reusable containers to present an impactful meal without impacting the environment.

People of the stream

Connected, while distanced—this is our virtual dining room. From chefs and artists, to diners and musicians, the live stream hosts everyone.
